    The Foodtrucker

200 Marines received treats, posters and a flip cam overseas:

Package received. As I type this, I’ve got a Marine going around with bags of cookies and the camera to film our base and more than a few of the guys opening their gifts. The posters are a HUGE hit, and the girls are looking good. Most military guys really dig that pin-up look. The cookies are…. Unfrigginbelievable. You have put huge grins on the guys’ faces. Thank you so much for getting these delicious cookies and hot posters out to us. I will send a photo or two in the next few hours, and the camera will be mailed either this week or when I get back. Anyway, great job, and thank you so much. Really… awesome cookies, and a great theme. You’ve won over the Marines of India Company.

    Dear Melissa,

I meant to write this a long time ago when Sandy brought home another batch of your delicious cookies. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

You know I grew up in Barcelona where cakes and cookies are a big part of our lives and I also spent a lot of time in France so I have to admit that I am quite a “snob” when it comes to anything sweet. I know that the original idea is to make a delicious All-American cookie but you also have to admit that you have been able to add such sophistication to your cookies that it goes beyond just the All-American cookie. Congratulations on making such a delicious product and I am looking forward to the holidays to buy some cookies.

    Best,
